1. 參展商最遲須于2019年8月 31日前（含當(dāng)日）付清全部總參展費(fèi)用，逾期未付清費(fèi)用，預(yù)定展位將不予保留，且已付費(fèi)用不予退還。Deadline of full payment for the exhibitors is 31st AUG, 2019, and the reserved booths will not be guaranteed and no refund for the deposit..
2. 2019年4月30日前（含當(dāng)日）支付全部總參展費(fèi)用的，總參展費(fèi)用另行優(yōu)惠5%。經(jīng)主辦單位同意，優(yōu)惠金額可直接從展商支付的最后一筆參展費(fèi)用中扣除。5% additional discount regarding to the agreement if full payment received before 30th APR, 2019.
3. 為提高展商參展附加值，注冊(cè)費(fèi)含彩色廣告一頁。Registration fee includes one page of free advertisement in catalogue.
4. 所有折扣生效期限以到款日期為準(zhǔn)，逾期不得享受相應(yīng)折扣. All discounts must be based on the date of payment.
5. 展商應(yīng)于2019年1月31日前繳納會(huì)費(fèi)，否則不能享受會(huì)員折扣。2019年5月31日以后，會(huì)員9.5折，非會(huì)員無折扣。
6. 每9或12平米標(biāo)準(zhǔn)展位包含2把折椅、1個(gè)咨詢臺(tái)、1個(gè)廢紙簍、1個(gè)220V/5A電源插座、5個(gè)射燈、9塊層板或3個(gè)鎖柜。 Each 9 m2 or 12m2 standard booth includes 2 folding chairs, 1 information desk, 1 garbage can, 1 power socket (220V/5A), 5 spotlights, 9 flat Shelves or 3 cupboards
7. 光地展位必須按要求交付場(chǎng)地管理費(fèi)、搭建押金、保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)，未交付將不能搭建和正常參展。
